Genomes
Generate gene lists for the genes of either all or selected genomic elements of a particular species or for genes belonging to specific functional COG categories.
In the gene lists name, locus tag, GenBank description, genomic element, start position and length of a gene and strand orientation are displayed.
The summary tables includes a statistics of gene types (CDS, tRNA, rRNA, ...) and lengths, of the strand distribution, the intragenic GC-content and, given COGnitor information is available, a statistics of COG categories. In the summary tables it is possible to add columns for further genomes offering a user-friendly side-by-side comparison.
