GenColors has been developed in a collaborative project between the

• Biocomputing Group and the
• Genome Analysis Group

of the Leibniz Institute for Age Research - Fritz Lipmann Institute [FLI] Jena / Germany (formerly known as Institute of Molecular Biotechnology - IMB).

The two groups are members of the Jena Centre for Bioinformatics.
